I was looking at several websites where you can talk to people anonymously for free, then found 7 Cups! Also, before I first joined I think I actually saw an online advertisement on 7 Cups.
A post on Pinterest, honestly one of (or the only) the most helpful social media tools lol

I found this site yesterday, I've suffered with my depression for years with little support from anyone. I think it's great that this place is here, wish I could have found it sooner, but I'm here now.

I was venting out on discord and someone suggessted 7 cups for more help. And lo, here we are.
I was on another App called wysa and it recommended it.
Internet search.
Through tumblr because I looked up pro Ana :/
I searched it up looking for help because I dont know if something is wrong with me or not.
I searched for "free counselling", found a Quora article, ended up here. I'm pretty happy with it so far.
