Introduction
My name is Haley. I am 23 years old. I'm on this site because my depression and anxiety has become so hard for me to handle, and I feel like I need to talk to someone. I'm currently trying to fins a therapist I can see in my state, but on late nights like this I don't have much options. I've had anxiety and depression for quite some time now. I've been self harming since I was 13 and attempted suicide 2 years ago. I'm trying to remain positive. I haven't attempted since, but self harm is still a struggle of mine every now and again. I relapsed in February and I'm doing my best to not let that happen again.
