Intro post

Hi guys. I figured I'd post in this category because I've dealt with depression, on top of other things, for about 9 years now. I'll tell you a few things about myself.

You can call me Seraphin. I'm 18 years old and a female. In life, I'm lost, confused. I feel unable to make decisions for myself, and I'm very caught up in loops of thinking. I have a diagnosis of OCD, but still I can't be sure I actually have it. What I do know is that I have had a very low mood for a long time. In the past, I've experienced anxiety, eating disorders, self harm, and suicidal thoughts. I like to think I am in the process of recovery, because all that lingers is the chronic depression.

What I hope to achieve while being here is to get out of my rut for good with the help of real people with similar problems. I want to help others as much as I can as well. Nice to meet you all!
