I'm new to this whole 7 cups thing. I'm here because of Family Stress, Depression, Managing Emotions, and Self-Harm. I hope I can learn to give myself more credit, and many even take a few steps forward into helping myself not give up. I'm still looking for a way out, even though the path ahead seems dark and dangerous. It's time I took control of my life. This is my first step.
