Questions/Doubts
I wonder how many have dealt with this dilemma: How you ever felt as if you fighting with your heart? Trying to understand why you feel a certain way? ...Depression has overpowered my life... Hope have saved me. Now I face the qestion: Should I have walked away (from life-meaning suicide) instead of staying when things are not different than before... I still have suicidal thoughts, bulimia tendencies, hard time controlling my emotions. Is it worth to fight against your own self?
Yes! You should never give up! I've been on the brink of suicide a few times. I almost gave up. I know it is hard to fight your inner thoughts, and feelings, and doubts, but just hang on to the small things that rob a smile out of your face. And let it out. I used to shout a lot, and cry, and write my thoughts and the way I feel. Find someone and talk about it, as much as you can, as many times as you can. I am fighting with my depression for over 10 years now, but it was worth it! Don't give up! You will find your your way into life!
I hope I do. This constant fight against my own thoughts, doubts and fears is deteriorating and crushing my faith & hope.
I was in nearly the same situation as you. The thing that helped me the most was the fact that I realized what was were the main triggers in my depression. Ex., Iused to be constantly bullied by my colleaguesin high school just because I used to be more boyishand not wear make up and have interest in fashion, until one day I had a breakdown and basically shouted all of my thoughts at them. I think you should try as hard as you can and as deep inside your memory as you can, find those triggers and sort them out one way or another. Once you get at least one out of your mind it will get better, and from there you will slowly gain your strength back. But the most important thing remains to not give up and fight. Fight against them everyday, even if it drains you. Believe me, it will get better and better. If you want to just talk about anything, let me know. I will be here!
