hi mmm I dont know why Im feeling like this. People said that is normal to feel like this because Im a teen, 19 years. But Im not happy, Im just so sad and I never told or tell anybody in my house or country because I dont want to worry anybody. I just want to be okay and not with this depression with no reason..

Unless you've experienced depression first hand, then it's difficult to understand that it's chemical. My parents and boyfriend don't quite understand, but they give me my space to deal when I need it. I understand the frustration tho. It's really great that you've reached out for help in other ways. It's taken me years to do so.

Dancer, 19 was a rough time for me as well. I kept just going along with things, smiling so that I didn't trouble anyone, fearing that no one would understand or accept me. Being almost 20 years beyond that I have learned to accept myself, flaws, pimples, depression and all. I think you have taken a great first step in joining 7 cups. I didn't have an outlet and didn't understand the chemical aspects of sadness and depression, but I find benefit in talking it through. This general sadness/depression. Can you think back anf sense when it started?
