hi i am 54 yrs old and for last 4 mos dealing ith a major depression episode and severe insomnia and anxiety, i am on meds and counseling but find it hard to deal sometimes alone and no one to talk to

Going through the same thing @ 20.
You're most definitely not alone, but I'm so sorry it feels that way. I know how painfully hard it is to try and get by, please... If you ever do need to chat. I am here!!!
