just ok.
I used to be so okay. I wasn't by any means a happy person but I could pick myself up even after the worst things. Now I can't. I try but everything breaks me down. I want to be anon to talk. I just can't get up. I go to work and go home. But if the slightest thing goes wrong I just can't handle it. I don't have the energy to type my story. I've tried exercise and vitamins. I've tried so many thing. Nothing helps.
Hey fruit, I understand what you're going to. The most stupid things make you cry and you just can't help it, right? Does anyone in your close environment knows? Because I feel like if you don't tell anyone,'you're going to become isolated and that will make you even more anxious.. At least that's how it works for me. Reaching out for help is okay. And it's totally okay that you're nog always that strong person, dont be too hard on yourself x
I understand that it's beneficial for us to share our feelings to someone for us not to feel isolated. But how can you tell your family if they are not trying to understand your feelings. It's like they think it's too shallow. What to do, if I'm feeling not ok and there no one I think I can talk about it? Thanks.
Hi Sherl. I'm sad to hear that you can't really talk about it with your family. Fortunately, there's still loads of other people. You could reach out to one of your friends maybe, but I do understand that this might be a little too scary. I'm not sure if this is the same where you're from, but in Belgium our schools (high school as well as college/uni) always have a psychologist.. And if you feel like you're ready to take a big step, reaching out to them seems a very very good idea. You should really considerate it, but intime, we're still here. You can vent here without being judged. Take care
I'm not in school anymore. I think I have few friends but they are living overseas, but yeah they can help and also here. I appreciate it. Thanks
