struggling with dealing with my depression and anxiety

After hemming and hawing, searching for the right words, and telling myself not to post anything, I managed to put two thoughts out in text:

it is too depressing and anxiety-provoking to try to live the life I want. I have a hard time believing that i deserve to live well/happy.

That's entirely not the whole story, of course, but even saying that much was a major struggle.
