Yesterday was rough. Almost ended my life, luckily i am safe now. I’m tired. I’m sad i made my girlfriend go through it again. I feel empty, but worried how my girlfriend is handling it.

We do not control whether our loved ones care for us. It is scary, but we have no control over it. I try to remind myself to appreciate their support and use their love to take the best care of myself each day. And when you recover, you can then do your best to show them twofold how grateful for everything you are and how much their support meant to you in the times of darkness...
