Hey Rebecca1397 have you tried talking to a listener or have you got a family doctor you could go to so they can help you get diagnosed? When i was first diagnosed i didnt even know what depression was. It was my boss and work mates that realised something was wrong with me and one of them took me to her family doc. Was scary but actually good in a way to put a name to what it is your feeling. Hope that helps :)

Hey guys guess we are all in the same boat with depression. Sucks to feel lonely i especially hate it when im around other people and i feel like im drowning but they cant tell because they dont see the real me. It gets hard faking happiness all the time when id rather just curl in a ball some days cos no matter how i explain to people how i feel if they havent experienced it they just dont get it. So how about we just all share in here whats going on cos i sure could use some friends who understand how i feel

Thanks that really is supportive nowadays Imgoing to therapy but sometimes I feel like everything is just worthless and that I'm never going to get better
Thats good that you are going therapy its a step in the right direction. Guess we all have good days and bad days. How you feeling today? Is there anything specific thats making you feel this way lately?
