Back to Work!

I haven't worked in 2 years (yes I know, not that helpful for myself) because I was having medical problems associated with stress. I had started getting full panic attacks before work every day and needed a break until I found some kind of medical help. Now I can't afford treatment. I have decided that I can't be sitting at home helpless all day anymore. I've been cleaning around the house of course and I do odd jobs for family members. Money is getting tight for my SO and I want to be useful again. I've been a bit of a shut-in so it'll be a struggle just getting out there but I'm sure I can get this done. Any advice on finding low-stress employment would be great. I've been so out of the game that I don't know how to start.

@MoonOrchid Hi!

You can try finding a job similar to the odd jobs you have been performing if you enjoyed doing that. For example, if you enjoy cleaning and it does not cause you much stress then you may try working with a cleaning company. Determine what is considered "low stress" for you and go from there. Good luck in your search! =)
