Bored, bored, bored!
I think the thing I've found the hardest thing about depression losing interest in things I used to be so passionate about. It wasn't so bad when I was living at home but now I'm at uni, living away from home and don't have a lot of money I'm always so mind-numbingly bored! If you're reading this and have any sort of advice I would appreciate it : )
@Bebop
True story. When you're at home, you have time, space, resources, etc. to do fun things. When you're at uni, your options are slightly limited. Also, when studying we kinda get stuck in the monotony that just prevents us from getting inspired or even outright drains us. Since we focus on studies, the creativity gets suppressed.
So suggestions:
1) find a hobby you can do almost anywhere. Like reading or blogging or sports.
2) find a new passion or rekindle something you're already passionate about.
3) have good conversations with people you care about.
4) you have to find inspiration. we're really drained and feel like we're leading such meaningless lives and nothing we do is worthwhile.
Sorry this advice might be generic as ever. But yeah, I can sort of relate to what you're feeling (though I'm not depresssed, you might want to see professional help for that).
