@BillyXD100 hi! You can always post here and someone will do their very best to get back to you as soon as they can. We are here to support you. You are not wasting anyones time. You may also sign-up to chat with a trained therapist. That will guarantee that someones speaks directly with you at least five days a week (7 Cups therapists do not work weekends). You will still be able to post in these forums too.
