Coping with anhedonia(lack of enjoyment)
I've had depression for years, and OCD, anxiety and Asperger's/Autism my whole life, and for the past two years, I have been feeling anhedonic and it is very crippling. I just don't enjoy anything in my life that much at all. Has anyone beat this?

Hi! I haven't experienced all of those things, but some. One thing that helps me is to keep a file/page of things I enjoy. Some are things I can do daily (like have a milkshake, read a good book). Others are things I can't do now but can use them to motivate me/work on my goals (travel to Europe, go skiing).
Also, keep a worry diary/sleep diary/enjoyment diary/eating diary. Get to know the patterns in yourself/life. What things make you feel better, or worse - just after, or the next day?
And check with your doctor about any medication you are on, sometimes side effects sneak up and we don't realise that is what they are.
How are you doing now? 💛
