I understand what you're talking about bc I do the same

But someone complemented it before saying I'm lucky that I can express how I feel and I'm strong to do so

But honestly I don't agree with them bc I feel weak for not being able to get myself together in front of strangers

I understand how you feel. I cry all the time and I used to be strong-headed and never cried.

I learned something from the words of Robert Leahy, psychiatrist. He says we are born to cry. We come out of the womb crying. It isn't taught.

Sometimes this brings about a satisfaction when I cry because it is normal to cry. You are not over reacting! Crying releases endorphins, which are responsible in aiding in happiness.

Feel free to reach out if you would like to talk. I'm not a listener for 7 cups but I'm actually great at listening.

I feel your pain Shy. Youre not alone for what its worth and youre not overreacting. Your emotions are valid, and what triggers one person may seem like nothing to another. People are entitled to their opinion and you are absolutely entitled to disagree with them, especially in regards to your mental health!

Hang in there !

I know how much crying feels like a weakness. What if it was also a strength? What if it was the way that your brain processed things? @shyCamp648
