I am constantly feeling alone, forgetten, lost, and left behind. I feel disposable. Like I don't matter to anyone and can be tossed aside. Even when I'm around people I feel like a third wheel. I have constant anxiety about how wrong my life has went and want to hide in my house and never leave. I feel like no one around me understands and most of the time I feel like they are mocking me. When I hear people whisper I feel like they are whispering about me. Inside my head things are a mess and I can't find a way out.

Im sorry that it feels so painful right now. Life can sure be tough. If you would like to set up a chat with me I would love to listen. Maybe together we can find a way to make things more bearable. There is hope.

Loveellie, I can totally relate to how you feel!! A lot of the people who have never experienced what you and i are going through dont know what its like. The people i was around me would say smile or snap out of it, although we know its not that easy. There are a lot of good listeners here that can help. A good counselor can also help.

I know where you are coming from. I once ran away when I thought my step dad was whispering things to my mom about me. It is a terrible feeling and causes a great deal of anxiety. My friends joke around about how I stay in my room but it's the only real place I feel comfortable>

I felt that all the time...like I was being tolerated, not wanted. I felt that I wasn't worth anyone's time so I just retreated into my room. I thought that even if I tried opening up to people they would just betray me, talk about me behind my back. And, in the end, I thoughtI was supposed to be alone.

My experience getting over my fear of people was...IS difficult. It has a lot to do with how you trust people and trustingthey won't abuse you for opening up. I've discovered that th brain, in all it's complexities, can alter your perception of reality from what is actually going on. The best thing I've found so far is to talk to someone about it. Whether it be strangers on the internet or a councelor or a parent, talking will help you escape the confines of your own head so you aren't wallowing in your own doubts and false perceptions all by yourself.
