Depression in the Workplace

Its been about a years since my last episode. I got a new job that I enjoy, pays well, and I am in a management position. I moved about three years ago and spread out my meds until I completely ran out a year ago. Insurance didnt cover anything and most providers in my area do not mess with medications (the dominant religion here starts with the letter M. I do not practice anything but sleeping in). I thought I had it under control until somewhere shooting the breeze with my employees that a hand pulled my body down from my skull and I just felt the familiar weight of misery.

im only a few weeks from getting insurance, but how does one explain these episodes without the employer wanting to kick me out? Hell I was fired from one job because I was hospitalized for the same issues that went south very quickly.
