Depression through Love

Hi All,

First post so go easy. I have been on anti depressants since November and its all due to falling in love. I met a woman on a running forum in July and we just instantly clicked ,made friends on Facebook and it just went totally intense from there.

She introduced me to a concept called Twin Flames (a bit like Soul Mates only you are the same soul split way way back in time ) We are very much alike and i started to believe in this concept even though i am extremely sceptical normally. Anyway, we talk everyday and have met twice (there is some distance between us so cant meet more often) but because i suffer from Sociotrophy i just cant handle not talking or being with this woman 24/7 which led to me over thinking my ego getting the better of me and nearly having a nervous breakdown. Thus the anti depressants.

I have a previous history of insecurity and low self esteem and thios relationship really dosent help but i cant let her go as i worship her.

We are both married, me unhappily her happily and she is talking about moving closer to me so we can spend everyday together though she has no intensions of leaving her husband at any time.

I really dont know what the hell to do and the contact is getting less over the christmas period making it worse

Anyone expereinced depression through love or anything like Twin Flame i have no one to talk too as no oneg ets it
