I know depression is more than just a oh I had a really tough day or i’m sad. That’s just the stigma. But i’ve just been feeling really down lately. That may not be the best way to describe it. But I have pushed people away, I haven’t wanted to be with my friends, tired feeling, just like this emptiness or like off feeling that just carries on day by day. I’m tired of it and i just feel like that makes me more alone as my friends don’t really understand it and I don’t want to bug them with it everyday like oh here we go another sad day.

It's normal to react like that if you have depression, but you should see some psy or research the symptoms of depression. For exemple, depression is declared when this bad feeling have been here during more than 2 weeks. When you don't enjoy as much as before the things you use to do, like passing time with your friends. You feel empty. And lazy and tired. You have bad though all the time and you think that the world is the worst place ever. They everything is horrible. Some people don't have the same symptoms, or does not have them all, so don't stress about the symptoms you have or don't have. Ask advice to a professional anyway and take care of you, even if it's hard for you now.

I know how that feels. I've been there before. I've pushed people away before but sometimes, if someone wants to help you, the best thing you can do is to just let them. And one piece of advice I have is that if you have any hobbies that make you happy, if you feel like it or you haven't used said hobbies in a while, get back into them. During my depressive state/states, my hobbies are what helped me to both pass the time and get through that period of time. And I wouldn't worry too much about bothering your friends too much. If some of them don't understand what you're going through, hopefully there's someone you know who does. If there is, try talking to that person and see if that helps. I hope this helps/helped and I hope you feel better soon. Much love and courage to you. You can get through this. 💖💖💖
