I was diagnosed with ADHD in medical school. The doctor prescribed methamphetamine/ Adderal. He kept increasing the dose and my grades and health suffered. I became more depressed. Thank goodness I was able to find a natural alternative that works for me.

I agree with this, I take anti-depressants, have been on maximum dosage changed twice and it doesn't work. But with the underfunding for mental health there is nothing else for me. The doctors literally said to me that there is nothing he can do.
Just feeling hopeless as if nothing can help me, I'm never going to get better
