Experiencing loss of friendship and depression

I have felt for the past few months my friendships have dropped off more and more. Constantly being the only person to reach out to your friends can cause cause a real sense of loneliness to kick in. I constantly wonder is it me? What did I do or say wrong? The depression I feel makes it harder for me to seek out better things and activities. All I ever want to do is sit in my dark room and cry.

@browneyedgirl19 I am really sorry that you are experiencing this. Depression is difficult and feeling isolated makes it worse. I always tried to remind myself that sometimes other people are going through a lot, too, and might not realize that they are not reaching out enough. I hope that you feel better and are finding good support here.💚

Hello, I am so sorry you feel this way

It feels like there is nobody around who will listen, I've felt that way before.

Depression is harder when you feel lonely.

I hope you feel better, and find your way.
