Failure (not good at saying what I'm feeling)

I'm 22, when I was a freshman in highschool I left due to bullying and did excel program to graduate early. Then when I turned 18 I went to apply for classes for college and the college declined my transcripts because apparently where I got my diploma it was a fraud organization and the diplomas were faked. Now I'm trying again and they're still being declined. I feel like a failure because according to colleges I'm a highschool dropout, and I'm just working as a cook. I want to major in forensic anthropology. Long story short, I feel like a failure because of school, not really having many friends, and disappointed with myself, and I'm too stupid to just ask the girl at work, out.
