Feeling down

Lost in my mind. Don't really have social support or anyone to talk to. I am 24, male, and all my life I have focused on academics. Never hung out with people in high school and did the fun things high schoolers do. Never explored my sexuality in college. Today I am 24, have never done anything intimate with a girl and feel clueless like I am the only idiot who doesn't know how to interact or flirt with them. I constantly get voices in my head (more subconscious) that say how worthless and unlovable I am. Just feel shitty. I don't feel any peace or joy in my life. Been sucked out of me when I had to suppress my emotions because of dysfunctional family and shitty school conditions.
