Hello my name is Joe and I've been suffering sevre depression for years. I'm constantly feeling like I am worth nothing and in constant fear of losing everything in my life. I'm always worried about my wife losing interest in me and leaving me. I need help to get out of this dark hole I'm in.

I always feel like I'm not enough and it causes me to go on this rage to where I'm constantly fighting with my wife and accusing her of things she's never done. She has been the most honest and faithful person I've met but I always feel like she wants more. We don't have sex as much as before and she does take antidepressants which causes lost of sex drive. But I keep thinking it's just me and I'm putting a dent into our relationship with all my insecurities. I don't know how to break out of that feeling I just want to get my old self back where we never had any of these issues.

@Jvalido

Depression is a pain, particularly when it's served with a side of anxiety and insecurity.

I'm sure your wife understands, but rowing with her about nothing won't be helping your sex life lol.

Buy a punchbag and use that instead. I choose my words carefully here, because I'm pretty sure that your wife feels battered.

@Jvalido I am so sorry to hear that Joe. I think it is important not to be hard on yourself. I assume one of the ways to deal with depression and other mental illnesses is to build yourself. Instead of changing the pain level, increase your strength level to face the problem in easier way. You can check 7 cups training guides for more information about that!!!

Wish you the best best!! 😘💞💞💞💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
