for the past two weeks I've been feeling my my mind has a weight on it and os surrounded my fog. I've been so damn sad and i just cant explain why. whenever i try and explain to my boyfriend how im feeling, i feel like i just sound like im asking for attention because whenever he asks why i feel down, i just respond with "i have no idea", because i dont. i do suffer with mild depression, and i know this from when i used to frequent counselling. counselling doesnt seem to help me very much since i dont have any issues to talk about, i just feel like crap.

i need help

@Mistormplex

Depression is like that. There are moments when you're SUPER happy for no reason and then in a blink of an eye you can get super sad for no reason aswell

I would say for you to try to see if you had any sudden changes in your life, but what you're feeling is a prime example of depression tbh

Also in counseling what about writing things down in a piece of papper before hand? If something suddenly shows up write it down to then show it , even if it's something like this (feeling sad for no reason). Trust me , the smallest detail can make a huge difference

Best of luck! :)

@Booklover95 thank you :)

its nice to see that this is pretty normal, its kinda helps i guess. I'll start jotting down any major/minor events and my feelings, see if i can make any links between my feelings and things that happen
