Hi, this is my first post here so please bare with me. I've suffered from depression for about 10 years at varying degrees of severity. recently I've felt it building up and getting bad all over again but with it is this feeling of being unreal, sometime me and sometimes my surroundings, it comes and goes. I've never really experienced this sort of thing before and it's really scaring me.
