Having depression, loneliness, pain, heartbreak
Hi Everyone,
I am feeling hurt. Bcz my partner whom i love so much has left me.
She said before that she also has feelings for me and but later after i fell in love with her. She realised that she has just a friendly attachment with me and told me that we can not be together. She is very good girl,i respect her decision as she clarified it rather than cheating on me.
I love her a lot. I am badly missing her. I am dying to talk to her.
But the thing is i can not do anything, i can not talk to her bcz if i talk to her i will develop more feelings for her. She never asked me not to message her but i am not talking to her bcz i will get more attached to her.
I don't want to force her to be with me.
Because forcefully relationships don't last at all. And at the end both of us will get hurt.
I am in deeply love with her. Emotionally dependent on her. That's why i am hurt more than anything..
I am feeling like someone is boiling my heart in to oil.
I am having so much pain.
I want to move on as soon as possible. but it will take time. I hope till then i will be alive.
I am not able to handle the pain guys. I feel like im dead.
Can not even focus on anything. Unable to eat, sit on one place. Walking here and there.
And somewhere i am jealous also bcz she is a girl and she is very friendly to everyone so every boy message her, call her and she talks all of them, and this will make her forget about me in seconds also she was not in love with me so she will definitely not remember me in seconds..
But me, i am all alone, i am an introvert, i don't have anyone, i have only few friends, no girls.. and i don't have anyone to talk to..
And i have lack of confidence, lost my all confidence. Can't even stand 1 minutes in front of people.
My mind goes blank in front of people.. Don't know what happened with me
And that's why it's killing me. No one is there to share my pain to them..
Please tell How to recover, How to be normal again..
I want to move on asap.
I don't have money to see a doctor or pyschologist
@iamharsh Hey sorry you are facing this pain. She is not the only girl in the world and you can lean to be less introverted. Now, I know right now your heart and mind won’t believe me. But maybe after awhile you will say, $#@% it, and go read some good books or get good advice on how to approach other girls and talk to them. Also do something for your own growth - anything, learn a new skill, go on a 200 mile bicycle ride, literally anything you are interested in. That way, when you’re out on a date you have something to offer about what you do for you. Mostly you’ll have to learn how to be confident enough to have the encounter go incredibly well or totally fail and be ok with that. Learn to listen to her carefully. Ask her lots of open ended questions about her life. Throw in a joke or two at the right time if possible. Become a listener on this site, it has a lot of value in terms of learning how to listen. Best of luck man!
Aww, that's too bad. I hope you are OK. Stay with 7cups during this hard time so you won't be alone 🤗
The pain can be really bad, especially at first. It takes a while to recover and you do have to give yourself time to do that.
What kinds of things are you doing to distract yourself? Are you getting out walking or doing exercise? What kinds of hobbies do you enjoy? @iamharsh
@hugeCap
I'm really sorry man. I've been in the same situation, I got broken up with by someone who I was really in love with and it hurt for a while, but then it got better, even when I thought it wouldn't. I completely understand the feeling of not wanting to talk to them because you may fall in love with them more. In an ideal world, we could all remain friends with our exes but sometimes it doesn't work. Time heals all wounds. I'm sending love and strength your way.
@hugeCap this type of pain can be the worst to heal sometimes you’d have to accept and move on but sometimes the heart won’t let you do it, sometimes it’s better when you speak with a close person (friend, family) about it, sometimes also professional help can make you feel better, I hope everything will go the way you’d want
Thank you for sharing, and I feel really sorry for what you are going through. It sounds like you’re carrying raw heartbreak, the pull to reach out, jealousy that flares, and a heavy loneliness that’s shaken your appetite, focus, and confidence. Given how much you cared and the choice you’re making not to contact her to protect yourself, your pain makes sense, and you’re not weak for feeling it. Right now, would it help to aim for one tiny, doable step that could make you feel a little bit better? (e.g., a short walk, a favorite song). I also want to gently check your safety because you wrote about hoping to be alive. Are you having thoughts of harming yourself? If it becomes urgent, you can call 1-800-273-8255 for support, which is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
@hugecape i understand how you are feeling and that feeling of hurt and not having the person whom you loved so much can be very heartbreaking. But hear me out, if the love was true then it would never leave you never ever, it sticks with you for eternity so just wait and try to give yourself some space, the feeling will take time to dissolve and for you to become better. You will find the right girl but till then please take good care of yourself. You matter the most and you have a very bright future ahead of you just try not to miss out them. Take care. Love and light to youð¥°
