@crimsonMelon8700 hey, first of all im so sorry about your situation, i know how hard it can be. if you can try to go to your doctor, it would solve this problem much easier and quicker than letting it get out of hand, treat it like you would a physical illness. maybe chat with a listener for better advice than i can give. i'm not very good at asking for help, but how i cope when i get depressive episodes is to occupy myself. do literally anything productive, and it'll make you feel better whilst also distracting you and potentially finding you a new hobby. some suggestions, write a song, learn a new sport, learn a new instrument, go to a club, volunteer, research on a topic that interests you just for the sake of it, get a pen pal, get a (low maintainence) pet. good luck fren
@crimsonMelon8700 For starters, I think the most important aspect of this is your mother and how to me it seems like she's adding more stress in your life than you'd like. Going to a therapist is a start but until you do, creating safe spaces for yourself is important. Going to your room and doing what you like could be a solution. Taking a walk outside could be another.
I'm sorry your mom isn't understanding and I wish the best for you.
