How do I stop feeling judged?

One of my biggest problems atm is that I feel like an idiot whenever I open my mouth. Every time I say something that someone might not be 100% correct or that someone might disagree with and someone points this out I feel stuoid and get discouraged. It always seems like everyone's thoughts and opinions are 1000x better thought out and reasoned. This feeling of stupidity is making me doubt myself in basically anything I do or say. Ehenever I feel like this I get the impression that my 20 years of education are worthless. This has been bothering me for months and months. I'm in my last year of university and I feel that It's been a waste, because of my stupid, stupid mistakes.

@fgrant

I feel judged in every aspect of my life from what I say, to how I act. To the point where I have found myself holding back from saying or acting a certain way because I'm so afraid of everyone thinking I'm as stupid and embarrassing as I think I am. My life is a continuous joke and I just try to laugh about it, along with everyone else, instead of crying when I know I'm just the world biggest idiot. I just finished university and I feel like I know absolutely nothing even though I have worked so hard for my education and now I'm supposed to go into the "real world" and prove to everyone that I'm not a failure and that I didn't waste my time and money for nothing and I just feel so stupid and worthless, everyone expects so much of me.

I'm sorry I didn't provide an answer to your question but I just needed to vent after I felt so identified with what you wrote.

I hope you're feeling great.
