How to deal with depression during pregnancy?

The title is pretty self-explanatory, but here are a few details. I'm currently taking latuda due to my bipolar disorder and was previously on zoloft, but I am unable to take it anymore, as it causes me to vomit profusely, and I am unable to keep any food or drink down when taking it. The past couple of weeks my depression and irritability seems to have peaked. Every 2-3 days I feel like absolute shit and I've only identified a few triggers thus far, most of which have to do with criticisms from others, societal views and pressures, and self-judgement due to feeling like I shouldn't be having these feelings in the first place given all of the blessings I have in my life. I just want a solution to this, I'm tired of feeling like this every other day. I want to maintain a consistently good mood but I can't seem to. I'm starting to loathe myself more every day for being depressed and irritated all the time. Any suggestions? I don't even know at this point

@Archdruidswife

First, congradulations on becoming a mom soon. Not sure if you are past the morning sickness part but I am hoping you are since that would not help any with your depression or mood. I am so sorry others aren't understanding you and how you feel. Some times we just need to ignore them and what they are saying. Here are some good resources that you might want to look into:

DBT

CBT
