How to move forward?
Hi. I'm new to all this, so here it goes if more than 50% of all marriages will end, so why can't I let her go? Why do I feel guilty? Why do I feel at all? For 16 years she was the love of my life, and for the last 2 years of it I watched slowly as another guy took her away form me. I tried everything to stop it and failed. In the end chose him over me and the kids. Worst part she so nice to me, and expects us to be friends. All I wanted was a chances to show her that I was a good man, that I could be a better husband and she didn't want that. Need really advice thanks. Sorry about spelling and grammar!

I have been in your shoes, hope they don't smell though.
When someone decide they do not want to play anymore there is only few things to do.
Start to respect yourself as a good man, respect others and your X but you have to be clear who you are what you want and how to get it, not easy.
You start slow to find out what you are interested in cause you have to take care of yourself with respect, be around positive people and do something special for yourself.
Do not do what your instinct is against.
The most important thing is to learn to say no in right places without excuse, make your own peace in mind and go get it.
Not easy, who told you it should be easy to get good things

I have been dealing with the devil, [hate, anger and monkey chat] I have been told to let of hating but no one told me how until one day.
It will help when in your pain, when you get the pain or you are going to sleep all the apes comes to bull with your brain and feelings, BUT if you believe in praying you pray for people you do not like or people you miss or have done what you feel wrong to you.
