I am feeling distrustful to everyone

Hi. I am 17 years old. I am in a relationship with someone for 2 years. (we broke up, then got back together a lot last year but now we are over all of those issues. we know each other for 4 years also) I am diagnosed with depression since I am 14 and am taking medication since 15. I also had self harm but I am clean for 6-7 months now.

I am feeling so down, and I feel like everyone is talking, doing things behind my back. my life is on track again finally, I was in a really bad condition last year. everything is good. I am with the guy I love for 4 years, my family and school are also good. I am successful. but nowadays I am feeling paranoid about everything. for example, I know what my boyfriend does right now, I know who is with him, he calls me, texts me, lets me know.. he behaves really good, since I talked him about these feelings. but still I am paranoid as hell. I feel like he hates me, cheats me.. same for my family, and friends. not just about him but mostly about him because he is my weak spot. I care about him so much.

so, what should I do? I'm feeling even more depressed because of my 'paranoia'. I am still taking meds, btw. please help.

Oh dear, this sounds like an awful place to be.

You know the feelings make no sense, yet you discover that you believe them anyway.

TBH I think that this could be worked with most efficiently and quickly in personal, face to face therapy.
