I can't help myself anymore...

I feel absolutely terrible, everything that could go wrong went wrong. It's too much and I can't do anything about anything. I'm slipping, I want to cut, I can't find anybody to help. I don't know what to do. Everyone I care about is in pain and there's nothing I can do to fix it because I'm an idiot and never should have bothered to care about anyone, not even myself. I'm sorry if this causes more problems. I'm just lost and scared and upset. I don't know what to do.
