I can't stand it
My parents spend all day arguing and I don't know what to do.
My emotional stability is very low and things like this makes everything gets out of control.
I have no one to speak and I feel like I'm about to explode.
Everything is getting worse and if I want to get better I have to make it out myself.
I don't want to add a problem to the list but my depression is killing me and my mom don't know anything about.
I just want everything to be alright.
I know how u feel. I'm in a very similar situation. Don't give up. Things will get better :)
Totally off topic, so please forgive me, but do I know you?
I completely understand what you're going through. I'm stuck in the same situation right now and it has caused me to develop some awful anxiety and symptoms of depression. If you ever need someone to speak to, I'm here for you! Sometimes having someone to vent to, who won't judge you, is helpful in relieving some of the anxiety.
It will be a difficult thing to do but maybe you should sit your parents down together and tell them how you feel. Maybe all the fighting and arguing will stop when they realise the effect its having on you
They argue because they can't hold their thoughts and when they let it go it's like a tornado.
I know they love me, but there's so much shit in the middle and I don't want to bother with my problems.
Maybe you can make things better for them by teling them that they're arguing is really affecting you negatively, because you care about them both, so when things get violent between them, it makes you worried sick and ask them if they think they can do anything to make it better, because it would help them as well, to better get a hold of their arguing and lessen it. Because arguing is healthy in a relationship, but when it's overdone, is when things get bad
What does it mean when I am arguing with myself. As if there are literally two different sides of battling for my life. I feel like I have 2 completely different people inside of me but I don't know which one to listen to, because I don't know which one is really me
