I don't know what to do
I've been with my girlfriend for 4 years. It was pretty much love at first sight, and we pretty much hang out 24/7. The past 2 months have been weird. She started getting distant, was fighting with me over everything. I'm not one to talk back to her because she always threatens to break up with me, so i always just take it. She even gets mad at how I laugh now. Ok now this is the part that really destroyed me. So she gave me a password to one of her games she plays and she had asked me to get some items for her. As im doing that I see a chat log where shes been talking to some guy sexually. I couldn't believe it, I love this woman so much and shes doing this behind my back. I havent told her that I know yet, I havent slept or eaten in a day or so, sorry for the horrible written story. I just dont know what to do, I love her so much.

It seems that you are having a bad time in your relationship. Maybe it need to finish?. How old are you and she? I think its unfair that she treats you like that, and the fact that she is kind of cheating on you with an internet guy is not a good sign. Se is hurting you and you don't deserve that. Talk to her about how you feel about her actitud (and if you want, talk about the other guy) I know its hard. It could be the end of your relationship, but its gonna be for a good reason
It has gotten to the point that I just don't know what to do with myself anymore. Everyday is a battle of confusion and trying not to self harm. My relationships have messed up a lot and all my closest friend wants is me to get better, but it seems as if it's gets worse everyday...I try to distract myself from all of the stress, confusion, and slight suicidal thoughts. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I just wish that it wasn't like this for me...
I know beating with depression is not easy thing. I have also a personal experience. you can also come back into normal life with doing some activites like get up early, morning walk, not live alone and take some maditation.dealing with depression can go a long way in reducing your sense of isolation. you can also encourage each other, give and receive advice on how to cope, and share your experiences.
I know its tough, especially being together that long. I guess you know now why she has changed. I know it doesnt feel like it now, but it might be a blessing in disguise. No matter what happens next, you will get through this.
