I fight depression alone, what's your superpower?

I was broken down for days now, and only this morning seemed to be able to draft something that helped encourage me and I hope it helps you even if a little.

"It's all in your head" they say, "only you stand in your way" they judge, but God, how so little they know.. I can easily ignore you like I casually ignore my shouting inner demons, but darling, let me tell you this.
We get up daily despite what we feel, do the daily work, the life routines. Not only we get things done, we stand out in a crowd for how fierce, brave and relentless we are, for how shinny our souls still are despite all the struggles and wear outs, for how warm and embracing our hearts are despite all the scars and stains. We're not mentally weak, we're not holding ourselves back, heck we're more alive than most healthy people, we're igniting despite all what we're forced to go through, we managed to find life even after being stripped from all what makes us "us", our passions, desires, communication, old souls, hearts, healthy minds, even that graceful deep breath of fresh air, more or less, all what makes us feel alive.. We've come this far despite all the chains, we're doing just as good despite all the setbacks, we're on the same phase though our starting line was way behind, we're moving forward and advancing despite all the weights, and you bet this isn't the end of it.
So don't you let anyone tell you you're less of anything.. Because honey, they can't handle a single battle of your daily war.

@BuzzQ

this is beautiful... It is so true. When I had depression people would say to push through it and to quit overreacting, but it was hard to even get off the couch. Thank you for sharing this.
