Im a burden to everyone

Hey no don't say that. Your mind thinks that but it's not true. People care well us 7 cups cares and we want you to be here. I understand how hard depression is and how hard it can be to overcome it. But you can do it. Have you tried to tell anyone about how you're feeling if not. I suggest you do that. It's obvious you need help. And even though people around you may not care 7 cups does and I care. I want you to feel safe and not alone. Feeling alone is an awful feeeling. We each have our own struggles we try to overcome and we can do it. I hope you feel better and take care of yourself please!
