I'm not feeling well
I feel worthless and it seems as if everything I do is in vain, nobody cares and they will all judge me and accuse me and just let it all out on me, even if it's not my fault at all. I want to get rid of harmful thoughts but it's difficult. and nobody cares and nobody even worries, like I must be fine always, no matter what they throw at me. I'm not feeling well and I have no one to talk to.
if you have any suggestion to what am I supposed to do, please say, no matter how harsh it might me, the truth I will always appreciate.
@lcstgiirl I'm sorry to hear that things have been so difficult lately. I think a lot of these kinds of thoughts are things many people can relate to...feeling like you have to hide your real emotions because no one will care (they just want to see the "fine" you), that everyone is judging you...
I wonder, have you heard much about cognitive behavioural therapy? (CBT?) To me, it sounds like it could really apply in your situation, to help you get through the negative thought patterns you're having. For example, one thing taught is about unhelpful thinking styles, or also called cognitive distortions -- they're kind of short-cuts that our minds take that create automatic negative thoughts, which influence how we feel, but most of the time there isn't much actual evidence for them. For example if you say hi while walking past someone and they don't respond, we may have an automatic thought that tells us "they must hate us", which then of course makes us feel bad about ourselves, when in reality when we question that thought, there could be a variety of reasons we didn't get a response. Such as, maybe the person is really stressed about something and was lost in thought. If we considered it that way, we most likely wouldn't feel bad about ourselves. I've put a little info-graphic of them below.
Another resource if you're interested is the workbook "Mind Over Mood" (which you can find free online if you go looking (; ), it's basically like a self-guided version of CBT, to better understand your thoughts and how you can better manage your emotions/thoughts
