I'm so unhappy
the future seems so bleak. i wake up, and do the exact same thing every. single. day. i'm trying my very best to do well in my studies so that i can graduate, but even that is falling to pieces. my social life is non-existent, and so is my energy pursue things. i don't know what my life is anymore. it isn't joyful as it used to be. and i wonder if it ever will.
@nippa1
hi nippa, it sounds like things are difficult for you over there between studies, a non-existent social life and low energy. is there anything you can do that would break the monotony of the sameness that is going on each day and possibly bring back a little joy? do you have any support to help with the bleakness you've been feeling?
I feel the same way. I don’t know if you’re familiar with SpongeBob but there’s an episode of Squidward feeling bleh from doing the same exact thing every day. I feel like that. My advice to you, hang in there. Life is what you make it, so try to incorporate new activities. Try out a new restaurant, go zip lining, try new and exciting things that cater to your interests. Hope you find that spark to keep you going✨
@nippa1 life can seem so hard sometimes oftentimes making us feel like lost and confused, not knowing what lays ahead and what to do , have some hope and stay in there , you’re free to reach out should you feel the need for a listener or a friend in you’re times of struggle stay strong God bless
Heyy @nippa1. I know looking at the future can be scary and terrifying. Things are still progressing and none knows what is going to happen next. All we have to do is prepare ourselves for tomorrow and hope for the best✨. Best of luck in your days ❤️.
@nippa1 It will get better for you! its a tough time right now with your work at uni plus with the world the way it is, but a major step forward is reaching out here, make sure you take time out from learning just like you would of had in a primary school and use that time out to relax and try meditating even if that means just going for a stroll or sitting watching the world go by just to give you head some space taking stock of your surroundings, sight sounds smell etc, your social life will come together in time but try not to catastrophize, by doing the above should help with that. keep in touch here it really does help to talk stuff out.
Hey thanks for sharing. I know how you feel. I hate that life feels like such a time loop. I wish I had a passion for something. I wish I could find joy in even the little things. I know I don't want to live this way for the rest of my life. Don't lose hope friend. And please feel free to watch this video for encouragement as well: https://youtu.be/OUROG1elIF0
