I need advice...pretty badly

Ok so over the summer Ive been super depressed and havent seen any of my friends in over two months. Not sure how I go about this. School starts in a week and Im not exactly sure what to do and/or say...any advice?? Ive felt so frustrated and stuck lately on this issue
