I need help, I don't understand what happens

When I understood that I liked people of the same sex, began my insecurities and had enough problems with that. I lost many of my friends, I aisle, because it was different and felt that they hated me, I spent whole days at school without a word and often felt like mourn. Over time I had insecurities and problems increasingly, I started having panic attacks and feel very uncomfortable in crowded places, I was nervous, suffered from nausea, dizziness and had trouble speaking. Almost two years have passed, I suffer from high anxiety and desire to hurt and do not control the anger I want to hit my family members, I have 60 scars on my body. Sometimes I feel someone chasing me and I'm afraid of loud noises, there is a day when I feel happy, I cry a lot, I isolate myself, I have afraid to talk to people, even I am ashamed to see me. Oh, and I also have an imaginary life where I spend a lot of time. However, I leave all my problems and be a happy person. But that does not happen and I do not know how to handle it.

Hey habits. i am so sorry to hear of all of the problems that have seemed to come from understanding your sexuality. Ican imagine that the isolation and fear can be overwhelming for you right now. It is a common misconception that people will "hate" you because you have made choices different from theirs. Despite this, Iwas wondering if you had taken time to have a proper psychological evaluation performed because it does appear that you have much more going on than anxiety. The members and listeners of 7 cups are some of the most amazing people, and i would encourage you to take advantage of all that each of them have to offer so that you will no longer feel alone. There is an amazing LGBTQ community here whocan bothidentify and empathize with you so that you do not feel soo alone. Please know that there are people who care about your welfare andwho will care about you, honey. <3
