I need more friends near me

I'm very alone I have 1 friend that I'm very close to and I'm very grateful for but I just need more friends. I tried atleast 5 different "meet new people" apps and all the friendships end with them losing contact with me after a month or two or them starting an argument with me over something small. I cant take being alone and locked up in my house anymore and I just wish I had more friends to hang out with.
