I have been feeling this was for a while. One day im ok and the next i just dont want to get out of bed. I take out on my boyfriend. I cry all the time, i have no friends, i talk to noone but my dog. Something is always hurting. I cant concentrate or remember anything. I dread having to even go to the store. Im constantly thinking about everone ive known that has passed. I always think my boyfriend is up to something. I know im pushing him away, but not sure if i care. Even though without him id probably be on the streets. I used to be an outgoing person, always doing something. Had alot of friends always giggling. But now its hard to even smile.

You should talk to your boyfriend about this as maybe he'll understand. I know how you feel friend wise as I don't have a lot really its usually me and my partner and when she's not about I'm usually just on my own. But I realised it doesn't matter as I have the one person that matters and all the rest are just optional. But yeah talk to him and hopefully he'll understand and can help you through it

dear @giggleswsb42,
We all feel this way at some point it's okay not to be okay sometimes,it's not craziness, it's just how life is sometimes. may be you need to do "you" for a while & stay away from any extra stress! try to do in-door activities which makes you feel good, try reading maybe it will help too. overall try to do something productive, any thing that gives the sense of achievement because generally achievement lead us to this state of fulfillment & I guess this feeling might help! &don't forget to love yourself sincerelyit's not clichtactually works. do "you" for a while & love "you" .. it works for me hope it will work for you too :) best wishes

As someone who struggles with depression, I can relate to some of the feelings you're having. Have you thought about talking to a professional? It's good that you realize these symptoms and are looking for help. stay strong and know you're in my thoughts. let me know if you want to talk
