Hey everyone, I’m new and I wanted to share my story.

since this year I’m struggling with a depression. it started with the death of my aunt. she meant so much to me. I grew up with my grandparents, I have little to no contact with my parents. At this moment, the only family I got are my grandparents.

Always when I thought it doesn’t get any worse, it gets worse. I have panic attacks and heavy relapse days.

I have been taking antidepressants for 2 months now.

I don't see how I'll ever get out of this..

Does anyone have any tips to help me get back on track?

So what other treatment do you have access to besides the medication? Are you getting individual therapy?

Hey @RiverGold28
I'm sorry for your loss. Grief can be so strong to handle and things start feeling bleak when you don't have your loved one around you anymore.

Its normal to feel overwhelmed with all that life is when you are coping with loss and you might need to be with your feelings with someone so you can process all that has been happening.

You dont have to go through this alone. I see that you find therapy expensive to afford which is why there are many listeners here who can help walk you through this difficult time for you. I hope you do reach out to one who can help you through this <3
