Hi there,
I feel sorry about what you are suffering.
Depending on your situation, I suggest you see a psychiatrist. Don't worry about whether other people will worry, you really need to express the idea to see a psychiatrist.
There are many beautiful things in life, and they may exist in the reality or on TV, but there are always wonderful things in the world and I hope you could try to find them. If you started to love something, your world will be more lightened :D
It's also important to talk to others when you're feeling down. On the other hand, putting down the electronics, going outside more, and getting close to nature would help you become more relaxed.
I believe you have a lot of stress in your life, so I recommend you to try to let go of some of it. You have to know that you are the most important person to yourself, and you should try to make yourself happy instead of others.
Last but not least, maybe you could start with giving yourself more love and finding a psychologist to help you.
Hope you will feel better in future :)

If you feel like youre losing control, go to ER. its a perfectly valid place to go for mental health emergencies, because that is just as bad as a medical emergency. The suicide hotline works too, but its not the same as being seen by a doctor.
We are here to help as well if you want to open up and share your story.

Hello. After reading your message, I don't think you need to feel sorry for yourself. If you think it bothers you, you can talk to the people around you and tell them that you didn't mean it. Everyone feels guilty for doing something they shouldn't have done. This is not your problem. I hope you can get rid of it. If you really need help, why not see a doctor? I'm sure the Doctor can give you more pertinent advice. You can become a little more confident, everyone is unique, and you must bring people around you not only trouble but also happiness and joy.
