I've been feeling depressed for past 3,months,I was a manager for 20 years,I made 1 bad judgment call for the benefit of my store & so I didnt get in to trouble,I have been demoted to a colleague,it is a big adjustment & really hard
Hey..... I don't really understand stuff about work as I am just a teen but 20 years sounds alot... And being a manager for those constant years and now suddenly being demoted is a huge change.... So it's preety normal to find it hard to adjust to such a big change in ur life... Also I know I would probably be really upset over such a matter as well... But though it takes time u will be able to adapt.... Don't let ur brain keeping stressing over this negative point in ur life... See the many other positive things and take this as a challenge to improve... I wish u the best for ur career!
