Mild depression and don't feel worthy
I've been dealing with mild depression and self harm for the past 3 years and a lot of the time it makes me feel invalidated. I still go through a lot of pain and sadness and it feels like too much sometimes. But because it's mild I feel like I'm not taken seriously. It's like I don't hurt enough. Does anyone else have this problem?
@greenJackfruit4508 I know what you're going through. I'm not in that state currently myself but I was like that in my teens. Ignore others since they don't know what they're talking about. Focus on yourself! What they say doesn't matter. Don't let it get to you, that's not what's important. I hope you feel better. Stay calm!!!
