@AlexTargaryen87 I'm sorry to hear that your mood is low, you're forgeting to take your meds. Are you able / do you know how to take care of the cuts on your hips? Caring for your self-harm wounds is important way both in order to take better care of yourself, and to limiting the damage. If nessassary you may need to seek medical advice for the injuries.

Do you have any support? Or can you tell the person prescribing you the meds that you are having trouble remembering to take them? Sometimes there are ways to get pill boxes with days of the week on them, or have an alarm system set up.

I am very concerned about your well-being right now, and I hope you will get whatever help you need. Please call a crisisline if you feel you are in any danger.

@AlexTargaryen87 Here is some inportant information about limiting the damage of self-harm: https://www.rcpsych.ac.uk/pdf/Self-harm%20-%20%20Limiting%20the%20Damage%20Final.pdf

Even if you just have a small cuts, scratchs or grazes, you should try if you can to: 1. Clean the wound with running water (avoid antiseptic lotions or creams). 2. Pat the area dry with clean, non-fluffy material. 3. Cover the cut completely with a sterile dressing or plaster.

Do you have a first aid box in the house? If so you might be able to find a sterile dressing or plaster in there. If not it might be a wise investment to get one to be on the safe side.
