Need someone to talk to

I am new here. I suffer long term depression and recently started cancer treatment. I am so lonely and in pain. My mobility is limited. My children are unable to visit ( one in military other full time college and works full time). I am on medical leave from work( the pain prevents me from working). Friends are afraid of giving me covid so no one visits. I am so sad and feel hopeless.
